Our Strategy
Once we launch our Grand Opening, this coming fall, we will be offering vendors and customers the unique opportunity to have an ALL WEEK MARKET. Vendors and customers will be able sell and buy fresh and local goods, at whatever times and days each independent vendor chooses to operate their business. We will not dictate set hours or micro manage the vendors. We are simply offering and promoting a fantastic all week long farmers market venue for the community. Each vendor will develop their own business model, set their own hours and serve their customers in whatever way they see best for their success.
Our Philosophy
CAPITALISM! We believe in competition. Free market competition pushes everyone to be better. Will we allow 3 candle vendors, 4 egg producers, 5 pickle people, 2 salsa experts and multiple jelly folks? YES! Our philosophy is that competition moves people to bring their 'A' game. Competition keeps vendors sharp, innovative, creative and just plain better across the board. Competition will push better product, packaging, presentation and promotion. May the BEST vendor succeed!
Our Structure
Vendors will have the option to be a permeant fixture at a monthly fee or a pop up vendor at a daily fee. Of course, the vendors choosing to take advantage of the permanent set up structure will receive a discounted rate, a designated vendor location, an on site, permanent banner to promote their business, even when not open, recognition on the 'Featured Vendors' page of this website and the ability to operate at whatever days and hours they choose. Pop up vendors will pay a set daily rate, will not have a set location, will be subject to availability and will be limited in the hours they will be able to operate.
